Why Soy is a Healthy Habit
I made the point previously that prevention is better than any cure. Well, this is the case with soy. I don't know any responsible party that has ever claimed soy is any sort of a cure all but we do advocate including soy foods as part of a healthy diet. Gloria Tsang, RD has said as much and she gets provides a pretty good outline of the powerful benefits of soy, too, concerning heart health, healthy bones, menopause, and cancer.
